Dear Rosy,

I am writing to you, a Past President of the Singapore Association as I do not have the email address of your current President.  Please relay this message to all of your members.

Please forgive the long delay in writing to all members of the Singapore Association, thanking you profusely for the wonderful pre conference friendship visit.  I have just now managed to print out my photographs and am proudly showing them to CFUW members and friends.

We all had such a wonderful time due to the great efforts that you all put into making the visit a success.  I will long remember his "stopover" on the way to Perth.

I am delighted that Shirley Lim was appointed a member of the IFUW Fellowships Committee. I met Shirley at the dinner at the American Club and knew she would be an asset to the committee.

We are into Fall and the coming winter here in Vancouver. Although you know we have a very mild winter compared to the rest of Canada, still when it is rainy and cold I will look at my pictures of your wonderful botanic garden and be cheered.
